When we first got Alfie, a 5-year-old off track thoroughbred, he needed some TLC. He hadn’t worked in about a year. He was under-muscled, a bit underweight, and showed signs of having ulcers, which was no surprise based on his history. He was extremely reactive to any touching (even gentle brushing) of his belly, kicking out at the slightest touch.

Our team had an epic close to the winter season in Wellington with SynNutra sponsored riders finishing 1st and 2nd in the CSI5* $500k Rolex Grand Prix! Ashlee Bond blew everyone away with her win aboard Karoline of Ballmore and teammate Daniel Bluman took 2nd with the always impressive Ladriano Z. They love giving SynChill™ prior to each class and we’d say it’s working!
The wins continue with Olivia Brown from Harley Brown Equestrian, Michael Tokaruk, Kyle King and Ashlee Bond twice again!
Olympian Ashlee Bond and Karoline Of Ballmore, competing in their first jump-off together, were able to blaze through the jump-off course in 44.09 seconds and leave all of the jumps up to take the lead.
Our riders are winning so much we can barely keep track! We are thrilled to be a part of helping these teams stay on top of their game!
